Job Description:

Study Tender Files
2. Make precise Estimation from BOQ, Drawings and Specifications.
3. Quantity survey and enquiry generation to suppliers and subcontractors.
4. Aquire supplier quotations and present comparison.
5. Preparation of all documents related to Tender submission including Exclusions.
6. Attend meetings for project briefing and value engineering
7. Co-ordination with site engineers for submittal approvals and issue timely POs to suppliers
8. Procurment Support and submittals.
9. Issue cost analysis report related to project.
10. Maintain and develop supplier and subcontractor cost history sheets.
